Pet Boarding Policies & Emergency Care
Everything You Need to Know to Prepare for Your Pet’s Stay
At Country Brook Kennels, we’re committed to keeping your pet safe, happy, and as close to their home routine as possible. Below are important guidelines to help ensure your pet’s visit is smooth and stress-free, for both you and your furry friend.

Your pet’s safety is our top priority. In the event of an emergency or if your pet requires veterinary attention during their stay:
We will always attempt to contact and use your preferred veterinarian first.
If your vet is unavailable, we work closely with Broadview Animal Hospital, located just 7 minutes from our facility.
Broadview is highly recommended for their expertise and compassionate care.

To keep your pet comfortable and avoid digestive issues:
Please bring ample food for the entire length of their stay.
We follow your pet’s regular feeding schedule as closely as possible.
Feel free to include favorite treats—just let us know about any allergies.
If no treats are provided, we offer our own natural, wholesome treats.

We’re happy to administer medications with care and accuracy. Here’s how it works:
Please fill out a Medication Sheet with the correct dosage and timing.
The form will be posted on your pet’s room door for easy visibility.
Our staff will log each dose to ensure your pet stays on schedule.
A small medication fee applies.
Be sure to pack extra doses and food in case your return is delayed.

Dog Daycare at Country Brook Kennels
Safe, Fun, and Supervised Play in the Heart of New Hampshire
Looking for the best dog daycare in the area? At Country Brook Kennels, we offer a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for your pup to play, rest, and socialize, all under the watchful care of our experienced and loving staff.

Dedicated Daycare Wing – Complete with spacious indoor nap rooms and large outdoor play yards
Social Playgroups – Dogs are grouped based on size and temperament for safe, supervised fun
Interactive Staff – Our team is always present, engaging with your pet and keeping things playful but safe
Comfy Rooms for Downtime – Each pup gets their own room with a cozy Kuranda bed for rest
Our dog daycare is available Monday through Sunday, and we welcome non-aggressive dogs who enjoy playing with others. All dogs must be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age to participate in group play.

We know your schedule can vary, so we offer flexible daycare hours for regular visitors:
Available only for dogs attending 3+ days per week
Early Drop-Off: Starting at 5:00 AM
Late Pick-Up: Until 7:00 PM
Only $5.00 per day for either option
Dogs will rest in their own room between drop-off/pick-up, complete with a comfy Kuranda bed

To keep all pets safe and healthy, we require:
Proof of up-to-date vaccinations, including Bordetella (kennel cough)
Dogs must be flea- and tick-free
All pets must be in good health to attend daycare
Medication:
Oral: $2.00 per dose
Injections: $5.00 per injection

Please note: If you are planning to board your pet for longer than 14 days, prior approval is required from the owner. Full pre-payment is necessary for extended stays.

After 12pm there is a $20 late fee for one dog.
After 12pm there is a $18 late fee for the second dog.
Please always CALL the kennel at 603-332-2972 during business hours to book boarding, daycare or grooming. We do not offer online booking at this time.
24 hour notice for cancellations required. We accept Master Card, Visa, or cash. Sorry we do not take checks.
